Already renowned in Tokyo for its top-quality, American steaks, the Club’s reputation is about to receive a flavorful boost.

From September 1, all beef cuts served in American Bar & Grill, Traders’ Bar and Vista will be USDA Prime, the highest grade of American beef.

With its abundant marbling, USDA Prime beef is noted for its exceptional tenderness, juiciness and flavor.

Scott Kihara, the Club’s chef de cuisine, says all the meat is sourced from a network of Double R Ranch family farms in the Pacific Northwest.

“The region’s mild climate, open spaces and diverse range of sustainable feed ingredients, including wheat, corn and barley, result in a superior product time and again,” he says.

The lineup of Prime rib eye, tenderloin, strip loin and skirt steak will complement the American wagyu cuts from Idaho’s Snake River Farms already on the menu.

Any way you slice it, steak lovers are in for a treat.
