Steak lovers are in for a treat, too, with our inaugural Rossini tenderloin.
Savor this 5oz (140g) grilled tenderloin with roasted foie gras, truffle au jus, seasonal greens, mashed potatoes and baby carrots.
Available for ¥5,510, the steak can be upgraded to a 10oz (280g) bone-in tenderloin for an additional ¥2,590.
Our Rossini dishes are based on the classic tournedos Rossini, a French dish of filet mignon, foie gras and black truffle that was supposedly created for the composer Gioachino Rossini.
