Perfect for Members with busy schedules or who travel regularly, this personalized program with Club trainer and nutrition expert Takeshi “Tak” Hirata is a mix of in-person and online components.

After an initial assessment and consultation, Hirata builds a program tailored to the Member’s needs and tracks progress through ongoing monitoring, video check-ins, a dedicated app and a monthly workout in the Fitness Center.
