51 East Brunch

Enjoy the flavors of an elegant buffet, served to your table.

51 East’s brunch menu features an antipasti plate for two and a choice of mains that include blue lobster rigatoni, snow-aged wagyu rib steak and Ora King salmon, accompanied by an optional free-flow of Champagne and mimosa bar.

For children, there’s fresh pasta salad and a choice of spaghetti and meatballs or an omelet.

As adults linger over conversation, children can take part in an activity designed by chef Francesco “Paco” La Monica—making tiramisu, the beloved Italian dessert that dates to the 19th century.

Young chefs (ages 6 and above) will be guided in combining lady finger biscuits, mascarpone cream cheese, cocoa and other ingredients to make their sweet creations.

Served one Sunday every month, the brunch offers the perfect opportunity for families to spend quality time together.
